The records and information that goes in and out of Archivian should be trustworthy. When records are changed, you should see who changed what. You should be able to find out why and how something happened.

Two ways to achieve this is by transparency and tracking (record keeping).

You should be able to see who did what, when, and why.

Ease of Use

As developers we like to have complete control, but often that comes at the cost of complexity.

Archivian is designed to be easy to use, and will continue to be improved to make that happen. The platform should be easy to get going with, set up, and maintain. Preferably, this should not come at the cost of customization and flexibility.

Tests with users are performed often to see what can be improved and find pain-points or points of confusion.

Archivian should be easy and good to use for everyone, ranging from the novice Discord user to seasoned technically-adept people.

Completeness

This one is important, which is why it is even in the slogan.

Archivian is meant to be a complete platform for Discord moderation

Complete Moderation

Archivian should encompass everything you need related to moderation of Discord communities and your staff team. It should only be focused on moderation, and not try to be a jack-of-all-trades, having systems like XP levels, games, and other things that are not related to moderation.

Moderation adjacent features should also included, such as logging, tracking, and other tools that are useful for moderation, management, and configuration. It should be a complete system for everything you need to moderate your community.

Complete Audience

The complete is also meant to encompass the users in your community, even ones outside it too if possible. Archivian should be useful to them, and there should be tools, features, and systems for them too.
